Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.belvs.de and every purchase you make with BELVS. By using our store, you agree to them. We have kept the language clear on purpose.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you receive a full refund immediately.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Product Information

We work hard to display our products accurately, including colors, fabrics and measurements. Minor variations can occur due to screen settings and production tolerances. Size guidance is provided on every product page and in our Size Guide. Our apparel is performance clothing and is not protective equipment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BELVS name, logo, designs, product photography, graphics and text, is the property of BELVS or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current information when ordering or creating an account
Use the website only for lawful purposes
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the store
Do not misuse discount codes, promotions or referral programs

6. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@belvs.de if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

7. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Product quality claims are covered by our Warranty and Quality Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
