Our Quality Standards
BELVS exists to help you become the strongest version of yourself, and that mission starts with the fabric. Every piece is built from technical performance materials selected for durability, stretch recovery, breathability and comfort under real training loads. Before any product carries the BELVS name, it goes through wear testing, wash testing and seam stress checks. If it would not survive our own training, it does not make it to the store.
Manufacturing Quality
We work with specialized performance apparel manufacturers and inspect production runs for stitching integrity, print durability, fabric consistency and sizing accuracy. Flatlock seams, reinforced stress points and colorfast fabrics are standard across the range, not premium extras.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If your BELVS gear does not meet the standard you expected, we want to know. Within your first 30 days you are always covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Beyond that, our 90 day quality guarantee has your back for anything that should not happen to premium sportswear.
What the Guarantee Covers
- Seams splitting or unraveling under normal use
- Fabric defects such as holes, runs or pilling from a production fault
- Prints or logos cracking or peeling prematurely
- Zippers, drawcords or hardware failing under normal use
- Loss of compression or elasticity far beyond normal wear
What It Does Not Cover
- Normal wear from months of hard training
- Damage from incorrect washing, tumble drying on high heat, bleach or fabric softener
- Snags, tears or abrasion caused by rough surfaces, velcro or equipment
- Alterations or repairs made outside BELVS
How to Make a Claim
- Email info@belvs.de with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos.
- Our team reviews your claim within 2 business days.
- Confirmed defects are replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available, you choose a replacement of equal value or a full refund.
No hoops, no fine print games. If we built it wrong, we make it right. That is the whole policy.
