Who We Are
BELVS operates the online store at www.belvs.de. We are the data controller for the personal information processed through this website. Company details are available in our Impressum. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@belvs.de.
Data We Collect
- Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and details of the products you purchase.
- Account data: login credentials and order history if you create a customer account.
- Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and how you navigate our store.
- Marketing data: your email address and preferences if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure store performance and show relevant advertising. Marketing Emails
You only receive marketing emails from BELVS if you have opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and opting out takes a single click. Unsubscribing never affects order related emails such as confirmations and shipping updates.
Analytics
We use analytics tools, including Shopify analytics and advertising platform tools such as the Meta pixel, to understand how visitors use our store and to measure our campaigns. This data is aggregated wherever possible and is used to improve your shopping experience, not to identify you personally.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted with TLS and processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna. Your full payment details never touch our servers.
Third Party Services
We share data only with partners who help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Shopify: our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
- Payment providers: to process your payment securely.
- Shipping carriers: your name and address, so your order can be delivered.
- Marketing and analytics platforms: subject to your cookie consent.
Some partners process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Order and invoice data is retained for the periods required by German commercial and tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
