Every transaction on belvs.de is protected by TLS encryption and processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Your full card details never touch our servers and are never visible to our team. Additional protection such as 3D Secure verification is applied automatically where your bank requires it.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is captured when your order is placed. If we ever need to cancel an order, for example due to a stock issue, you are refunded in full immediately.
Currencies
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, and the final amount is always confirmed at checkout before you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if you pay in a different currency.
